1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ji1111," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the ji1111 online gaming platform, accessible at ji1111.cam, operated under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ji1111 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered profile held by a Player on the ji1111 platform, including the associated wallet, preferences, and history.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile browser interface, and any associated software or services provided by ji1111.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — any staking of real-money funds on a game or event outcome through the ji1111 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free spins, or equivalent non-withdrawable incentives issued by ji1111 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited directly by the Player into their ji1111 account that are not subject to wagering requirements as a condition of withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory authority for gaming in the Philippines.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification processes required under anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ji1111 platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ji1111's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the ji1111 platform and must not create an Account or place any Wager.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ji1111. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the ji1111 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming participation in the Philippines.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming activity under the laws applicable in your country, region, or jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be self-excluded from ji1111 or any other gaming platform as a result of a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other individual, corporation, or entity when creating an Account.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of ji1111 or any of its affiliate companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

ji1111 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be closed and any balance handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

4 Account Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Registration

To access real-money games on ji1111, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one Account on the ji1111 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ji1111 employs technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all but one may be closed and any balance associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ji1111 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ji1111 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

ji1111 is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all Account holders. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and any other documentation reasonably requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ji1111 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ji1111 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, and InstaPay. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the platform cashier and may be updated without prior notice. All deposits must originate from payment methods owned by the Account holder — third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. ji1111 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding threshold amounts as required under PAGCOR and AML regulations.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• ji1111 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or regulatory compliance reviews.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated without valid reason will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the ji1111 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified in the platform. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your bank or payment provider are solely your responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ji1111 offers a variety of promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Specific contribution tables are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, the maximum permitted single bet is ₱500 (or the equivalent stated in the promotion), unless a higher limit is explicitly specified. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry a validity period. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account.
• Abuse: ji1111 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of loopholes, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time.

ji1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

7 Betting Rules & Game Play

Bets placed on the ji1111 platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or event wagered upon. Game-specific rules are accessible within the relevant game interface. In addition, the following general betting rules apply across all ji1111 products:

• A Wager is deemed accepted only once confirmation is received and recorded by the ji1111 system. Network errors or connectivity issues on the player's side do not constitute a valid basis for voiding an accepted Wager.
• ji1111 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event that has clearly been priced or set up in error, including but not limited to pricing errors, manifest mistakes, and technical glitches.
• ji1111 reserves the right to impose bet limits, impose maximum payout caps, and refuse or restrict bets from any Player at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Bets placed after the scheduled start of an event (in the case of sports betting) may be voided at ji1111's discretion unless live betting markets are explicitly offered for that event.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, the outcome recorded by the server logs shall be the definitive result. In cases where no result can be determined from server logs, the Wager will be refunded.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji1111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or place bets.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known software errors must be reported and are not payable.
• Laundering money or using the ji1111 platform to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Creating or using an Account in the name of another person, or with that person's payment credentials, without their express written consent.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct in relation to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, or identity verification.
• Accessing the ji1111 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other IP masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ji1111 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ji1111 platform — including but not limited to game interfaces, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of ji1111 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ji1111 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without written authorisation from ji1111.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ji1111 software.
• Use ji1111 trademarks, service marks, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji1111's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ji1111 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ji1111 platform.
• Service interruptions, maintenance downtime, third-party payment processing delays, or technical failures outside ji1111's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on content, odds, statistics, or information published on the ji1111 platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

11 Responsible Gaming

ji1111 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all Account holders at no charge through the member dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the ji1111 platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen prompts summarising your session activity, including time played and net position.

12 Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ji1111 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds outstanding at the time of closure are not refundable.

12.2 Closure or Suspension by ji1111

ji1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any ji1111 policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid regulatory directive or court order.
• Identification of the Account holder as an ineligible person (e.g., under 21, self-excluded, or located in a restricted jurisdiction).

Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, ji1111 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute relating to your Account, a Wager, or the application of these Terms shall be escalated in the first instance to ji1111's customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days. If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.

You and ji1111 both agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before initiating formal legal proceedings.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ji1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ji1111 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ji1111 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.

The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
